The 2024 edition of the Bike Transalp will be held from 14 to 20 July, covering seven spectacular stages. Each stage presents unique challenges, with significant elevation changes and breathtaking Alpine views. Here is a preview of the route:
Valtellina will be the protagonist of the Bike Transalp from 17 to 18 July with Bormio being the arrival and departure stage. Do not miss! Join us to come and see the athletes competing and take the opportunity to spend a couple of relaxing days in the heart of the Alps.
For the first time in the 26 year history of BIKE Transalp, there will be a specific category for e-mountain bikers! The route will be the same as that faced by traditional cyclists, but with different starting times compared to the Transalp runners. By competing with e-MTBs, the organization of the event has designed a route for the runners who will try their hand at this discipline which includes a battery charging station, while it is mandatory for each athlete to bring a second battery with them (with the sum of batteries of minimum 1,200 watt/h).
