Conditions

• At the handover of the keys you will be asked for a security deposit of € 500,00 refundable at the end of your stay after checking the flat, which must be returned as you found it. In the event of any type of damage for which the client(s) is responsible, the deposit will be retained and if it cannot cover the value of the same, we will ask you to provide compensation for the damage in full after presentation of our invoices.
• In the event of loss of keys, the cost of a duplicate is € 10.00.
• Only persons in whose name the contract and/or family is registered are permitted to stay in the flat.
• It is forbidden to sublet or lend the real estate unit in whole or in part, under penalty of termination of the contract.
• Smoking is forbidden in the flat; you will find a cigarette butt receptacle outside.
• It is forbidden to hang pictures, posters, suction cups or objects with double-sided adhesive tape on walls and doors. If you require additional accessories, please contact us.
• Animals are allowed, subject to prior notice, and must not cause any damage either inside the flat or in the common areas and garden where littering is prohibited. Animals may not be left unattended both in the flat and in the garden.
• Each flat is equipped with complete bed linen (double supply), so we ask you to take care of it by washing it inside out at 40°.
• In the interest of all after 10 p.m. and during the afternoon rest hours, please avoid disturbing noise in respect of other guests.
• The rubbish room is located near the stairs at the pedestrian entrance to the garden. Please observe these regulations and deposit the bags closed!

• The garage is not guarded, so we are not liable for any damage and/or theft.
