Cleaning on departure is obligatory:
€ 35,00 for a one-roomed apartment with 2 guests
€ 40,00 for a one-roomed apartment with 3/4 guests
€ 45,00 for a two-roomed apartment with 4 guests
Kitchenette can be cleaned by the guests themselves or can be organised by the management at a charge of € 50,00

Non-obligatory charges:
Bed linen and bathroom towels € 11,00
Covered car-parking € 30,00
Cradle € 36,00 per week
Extra bed € 70,00 per week

Household pets are allowed:
small-sized only

Deposit:
€ 200,00 per apartment to be paid on arrival
